Earth Day & Snakes
In celebration of Earth Day, the local community sponsored an event that included a drum circle and tractor-pulled wagon rides. Very cool! As these pictures show, there was also a nature exhibit with....
Both boys pet the snake, though Matthew was a bit hesitant and mom decided to show him it was nothing to worry about. Anyone who knows me appreciates it was anything but for me!
Mike was thrilled to get a picture of this rare event...
Anything for my kids :-).
Airplanes and little girls!
A close-up of daddy's choosing...
Working on that smile...
The money shot....grandpa arranged for a tour of the airplane...how cool!! Mind you the boys were possibly even more thrilled to get off the plane with their very own snack pack of cookies :-).
Grandpa got to meet Ella at the Aurora airport...would have been nice if Ella had not slept through the introduction, but there will be many more visits!!

A Month's Retrospective
Since Ella is a month old today (oh, how the time flies!) we thought we would post some of our favorite pictures of her...
On a recent trip to the Children's Museum
Fight the power...another strong woman in the family!
Lots and lots of holding and snuggling this month...
Out for a ride in the sun...
So tiny!
Snoozing contentedly (and through all the chaos)...
Happy Passover!

March Fun!
Ella at two weeks old...what a cutie and is there a more adorable outfit than pink overalls!?!?
Snuggling and resting...
Nathan was alternating between nurturing his brother's kitty cat and beating him (her? who knows!) up...typical boy stuff, I assume! Here he is being sweet and letting kitty pounce on his tummy!
Celebrating Ella getting off the lights!! Ella spent a week on lights for her jaundice and the day she got her freedom we celebrated in grand style...a park (see previous post) and some ice cream...pity her brothers were not happy :-)...
Serious work, serious fun, seriously yummy! (And they still ate a good dinner, go figure!)
